Pro Plus Disc Wheelset

Honestly, this 53mm wheelset surprised me. It feels more aero than my old 60mm setup, and somehow I’m actually cruising faster on the same routes.

The biggest thing for me is how it feels when you’re constantly accelerating. It doesn’t feel sluggish or heavy at all. When you get out of the saddle and really put the power down, the wheels respond immediately.

And at just over 1,200 grams, I can still take them into the climbs without feeling like I’m giving up too much.

Aero, responsive, light enough for climbing — it’s basically an all-around race wheelset.

So this is one of those Chinese wheelsets that makes you go, “Damn, they’re really good now.”
