Warranty and Service Policy

At UPVINE, we are committed to providing premium support and protection for every rider who chooses our products. Below is our official warranty and after-sales service policy:

Lifetime Warranty

UPVINE offers a lifetime warranty on all UPVINE and sub-branded wheelsets.

For three years from the original date of purchase, we will repair or replace any wheelset that fails due to material or workmanship defects, free of charge.

After the three-year period, we will continue to provide paid repair services, charging only for replacement parts (no labor fee). Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

All warranty, service, and maintenance are subject to the terms outlined in this policy.

Care Program (Authorized Customers Only)

For wheelsets purchased at official pricing from authorized Upvine dealers, we offer a one-time free warranty on rims, spokes, and hubs within 2 years.

The warranty covers accidental riding damage, excluding intentional misuse.

Rim warranty includes:

  1. Cosmetic rim repair, or
  2. Rim replacement if eligible (due to structural damage that renders the product unusable or poses a safety risk).

Only one of the two services can be claimed under the free warranty.

Shipping costs incurred during the warranty process are the responsibility of the user.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  1. Unauthorized structural modifications
  2. Improper installation or incompatible component use
  3. Misuse, such as off-road riding with road wheels
  4. Transportation damage or mishandling
  5. Incorrect tools or components, e.g.:
    • Use of metal tire levers
    • Incompatible valve lengths
    • Exceeding maximum tire pressure
    • Incorrect rim tape, tubes, or tire sizes
    • Use of latex inner tubes with carbon rim brake wheels (increased risk of blowouts due to heat sensitivity)

We recommend routine wheelset servicing every 5,000 km or 6 months of use.

Lifetime Paid Repair & Partial Replacement

For non-warranty damages (e.g. crashes, user error), UPVINE offers lifetime repairs with free labor — customers only pay for parts and shipping.

70% Trade-In Replacement Program

UPVINE users may return a damaged wheelset—regardless of cause—and purchase a new replacement of the same model at 70% of the retail price.

Customer covers both return and new shipping costs.
