  • All retail (C-end) orders worldwide enjoy FREE express shipping via DHL / FedEx / UPS (7–12 business days to most countries).
  • Sea freight and bulk air freight are exclusively available to wholesale, dealer, and OEM customers.
  • Remote or outlying areas may require an additional surcharge (we will inform you before payment).
  • All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Full tracking is provided from dispatch to delivery.

In-Transit Damage Protection

If any product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:

  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Hub serial number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Tracking / AWB number

After verification, UPVINE will arrange a free replacement or compensation at no extra cost.

This policy is effective immediately and applies to all orders placed on or after December 2025.
