How We Ensure Consistent Quality
With our in-house hub factory and independent testing laboratory, UPVINE controls the entire process, from core component development and precision manufacturing to wheel building and final inspection. Strict quality standards, multi-stage testing, and durability validation help ensure reliable performance and consistent quality across production batches.
In-House Hub Manufacturing
We independently develop hub structures and precision manufacturing processes, supported by patented technologies and dedicated testing facilities. Our hubs achieve 180–200 Nm of freehub engagement torque and pass 100,000 fatigue cycles without damage.

Precision Wheel Building
Every UPVINE wheelset is meticulously hand-built to ensure precision, balance, and consistency. We maintain a 1:1 spoke tension ratio between both sides, with tension differences on each side kept within 15 kgf. Every wheelset comes with an individual spoke tension chart, recording the precise tension of every spoke. Our factory standards require both lateral and radial runout to remain within 0.15 mm, ensuring exceptional truing accuracy and reliable performance.
At UPVINE, we never compromise on materials, craftsmanship, or performance. Every step follows rigorous manufacturing standards, with continuous refinement and adjustment to achieve our intended performance goals. This commitment goes beyond our brand philosophy—it reflects our unwavering dedication to precision engineering and consistently outstanding quality.
Multi-Stage Quality Inspection
From semi-finished components to completed wheelsets, we inspect appearance, dimensions, structural strength, and performance. Spoke-hole failure strength reaches 4,900 N in testing.

Impact and Durability Testing
Our wheelsets undergo 100 J impact testing and 10,000 km of simulated road testing under a 70 kg load to evaluate structural integrity and durability.
Standardized Production
Through design validation, pilot production, batch inspection, and continuous improvement, we maintain consistent manufacturing standards and minimize quality variations between production batches.
